Seamus Grady
Chief Executive Officer
Seamus Grady joined Fabrinet in September 2017 as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Fabrinet, Seamus served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer with Sanmina Corporation (NASDAQ: SANM). During his thirteen-year tenure with Sanmina, Seamus was responsible for a number of diverse Business Divisions, including Sanmina’s European EMS Operations, Medical Division, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Division and, most recently, Mechanical Systems Division. Prior to joining Sanmina, Seamus served as Director of Materials and Supply Chain Management with Lucent Technologies in Ireland (formerly Ascend Communications). Prior to joining Lucent, Seamus held a number of Engineering and Operations Management positions with Manufacturers’ Services Limited (now Celestica) in Ireland and the USA.
Originally from the West of Ireland, Seamus relocated to the USA with his family in 2013. Seamus is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG) where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Technology (B. Tech). Seamus is also a member of Fabrinet’s Board of Directors.
Dr. Harpal Gill
President & COO
Dr. Gill has served as Fabrinet’s Chief Operating Officer since 2009 and its President since 2011. From 2003 to 2005, Dr. Gill served as the Senior Vice President of Engineering for Maxtor Corporation, a disk drive manufacturer. From 1999 to 2003, he served as the Vice President of Engineering for Read Rite Corporation, a supplier of magnetic recording heads for data storage devices, in Bangkok, Thailand. From 1996 to 1998, Dr. Gill served as the Managing Director of JTS Corporation, another disk drive manufacturer in Chennai (Madras), India. Dr. Gill also has held senior management positions with Seagate Technology Inc. and Stanton Automation. Dr. Gill earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University and Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Bradford, both in the United Kingdom.
Csaba Sverha
Chief Financial Officer
Csaba Sverha has served as Fabrinet’s Chief Financial Officer since February 2020 after having joined the company in March 2018 as Vice President of Operations Finance. Prior to joining Fabrinet, Csaba served as VP Finance & Controller with Sanmina Corporation (NASDAQ: SANM). During his thirteen-year tenure with Sanmina, Csaba assumed site level as well as regional and global finance roles with increased responsibilities, most recently as VP Finance & Controller of Mechanical Systems Division. Prior to joining Sanmina, Csaba served as Controller with Benetton Hungary (United Colors of Benetton). Prior to joining Benetton, Csaba held a junior Finance Analyst and Controller positions with Flex in Hungary.
Prior to relocating to Thailand in 2018, Csaba and his family have lived in the USA since 2015. Csaba is a graduate of the Szent Istvan University, Godollo Hungary (SZIU) where he earned a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics and Management.
Colin R. Campbell
Vice President & General Counsel
Colin Campbell joined Fabrinet in August 2014 as Senior Corporate Counsel, with over 30 years’ experience as an attorney in both private and corporate practice and, early in his career, as a mechanical engineer. He was a senior partner in two law firms in northern California, one he co-founded, where his practice included patent and other complex litigation, corporate, intellectual property and insurance law. In 2000 he joined Read-Rite Corporation as Associate General Counsel, Litigation & Intellectual Property, and later promoted to General Counsel. Mr. Campbell earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, did graduate work in Mechanical Engineering at the University of California at Davis, and earned a J.D. in Law from Santa Clara University. He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal trial and appellate courts in California, in the U.S. Supreme Court and, earlier in his career, in the U.S. Court of Claims and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. He also holds professional licenses in California in both Mechanical Engineering and a Nuclear Engineering.
Edward T. Archer
Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing
Ed Archer joined Fabrinet in January 2019 as its Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing. He is a thirty-year veteran of the electronics industry, with broad sales and marketing experience in technical services, products and electronic manufacturing services. Prior to joining Fabrinet, Ed was the Senior Vice President of Sales for the Integrated Marketing Services Division of Sanmina Corporation.
After graduating with a BS in Industrial Technology (Technical Marketing) from California Polytechnic State University, Ed began his career in the Silicon Valley. He has spent 30 + years in electronics sales, marketing and distribution, initially in sales leadership roles at Future Electronics, Wyle Electronics and Arrow Electronics, followed by nine years at Altera Corporation (now Intel) as its Regional Sales Director for both FPGA and ASIC products. During his career, Ed has successfully grown business across a wide spectrum of technologies and market segments. He has extensive experience in selling complex technical products and services, and negotiating the related commercial contracts.
